Checklist Interactive

A Checklist Interactive lets you add simple, checkable task lists directly into your course, making it easy for learners to stay organized. Learners can tick off items as they go, helping them clearly see their progress.

Here is a short video on how Checklist Interactive works:

How to create a Checklist Interactive?

To create an interactive checklist, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the "Create" button located in the Checklist Interactive section.
  2. You will be redirected to the page mentioned below, where you can start building your Checklist.

Once the form is open, you’ll find the following fields and options to configure:

  1. Checklist Interactive Title: Add a title to identify your checklist interactive.

  2. Header: Include a header to provide context or instructions for learners.

  3. Body (Checklist Items): Use the + Add checklist button to add multiple checklist items. Each item can be checked off by learners as they progress.

 Checklist Styling:

From the left-hand panel, customize the overall appearance of the checklist, including padding, colors, fonts, and checkbox styling.

  1. Checklist:  The Checklist section in the left navigation allows you to apply styling changes to the entire checklist at once, including padding, background color, border color, size, style, and radius.

 Header Customization:

  1. If you want more control, use the Header options in the left-hand menu to customize this section individually.

  2. You can customize the header by adjusting the font family, font size, and font weight, as well as changing the text alignment and font color.

 Body Customization:

  1. If you want more control, use the Body options in the left-hand menu to customize this section individually.

  2. You can customize the header by adjusting the font family, font size, and font weight, as well as changing the text alignment, font color, and checkbox color.

  3. Within the Body section, you can delete individual checklist items or reorder them using the up and down arrow controls.

 Behavioural Settings – Strike-through:

Enable or disable the strike-through option to visually mark checklist items as completed when learners check them off.

  1.  Create, Preview, or Cancel:

Once all updates are complete, click Create to proceed. Use Preview in the top-right corner to review the checklist, or click Cancel to discard changes.

  1. Save & Embed:
After clicking Create, choose where to save the interactive. Once saved, you can Edit the checklist or Embed it directly into your course.
