Feature Enhancements

Canvas Studio Media Tab Enhancement

We’re excited to announce an enhancement to the Media Tab in Canvas Studio, introducing improved control over the embedded details displayed below videos.
Previously, there was no option to manage the visibility of these details. With this update, administrators and users now have two ways to control the setting:

1. Admin Dashboard Control (Global Setting)
  1. Administrators can now choose to show or hide embedded details for all videos created in Canvas Studio.
  2. This can be configured in the Admin Dashboard → configure Section → canvas studio → Auto-Enable Media Tabs check box
  3. Any new videos added after the change will automatically follow this setting.


2. Design Section Control (Individual Setting) 
  1. For individual videos, users can manually toggle ON/OFF the embedded details from the Design Section after adding the video. 
  2. Select the video you want to edit in Canvas Studio. → In the left navigation panel, click on Control → Locate the Display Media Tab toggle. → Switch it ON to show or OFF to hide the Media Tab for that video.
  3. This allows flexibility to adjust settings as needed for each video.



Notes
Note: If the admin changes the global display setting to “No,” it will not affect existing videos. For existing videos, the change must be done manually—video by video—through the Design Section.

Loree Interactive – Browser Back Enhancement

We’ve introduced a new enhancement to the Loree Interactive editor form to help prevent accidental data loss.

Previously, when users entered information into a form and clicked the browser back button, the page would navigate away immediately—causing any unsaved content to be lost.

With this new enhancement, when a user clicks the browser back button, a confirmation modal will now appear, asking for confirmation before exiting the page.

This improvement ensures that users don’t lose their unsaved work by mistake and provides a smoother, more reliable editing experience within Loree Interactive.



Hotspot iFrame Dynamic Height Enhancement

We’re pleased to announce an enhancement to the Hotspot iFrame that improves the display of pop-up content.

Previously, when the content inside the hotspot pop-up was slightly larger, it would get cut off or break the view. With this new update, the pop-up height is now dynamic—it automatically adjusts based on the content length.

The pop-up will expand smoothly up to 800px without a scrollbar. If the content exceeds this limit, a scroll bar will appear within the modal to ensure all content remains accessible.

This enhancement ensures a cleaner, more responsive, and user-friendly viewing experience for hotspot content.
