How to configure the latest AI tool additions via Admin portal?

• Admins can access the AI tools in Loree by making a simple visit to the Admin Dashboard and selecting the Configure option, then selecting the below-highlighted AI Tools option and entering a valid API Key, which can then be safely added to the configuration by clicking on the Save button that will get highlighted in dark blue once a valid API Key is inserted, as shown in the image below:
  
  
  

• After successfully adding the API key, the next step would be to click on the Roles & Features option in the dashboard and activate the toggle on/off option from the Advanced tab for your AI Magic Text Editor tool, as shown below:
  
• If the toggle option is turned off as shown below in the 1st image, then the AI Magic Text option will be disabled for the user in the bubble menu as shown in the 2nd image:
                                                                                                                                                                                                           

  

  
  

How to get an AI account: 

•  Admins can only activate this AI feature if they have their own or organizational AI account on the platform.openai.com as shown in the below image:
  
  
  
  
• Logging in to the above mentioned platform will provide users access to create their AI account as shown in the image below:

  Where to create API Key?

• Users can generate their own API Secret Key using following link: https://platform.openai.com/api-keys
• The above link will open the page below:
  
• Clicking on the above highlighted +Create new secret key option will open the window where the users can add any name to their Key as shown below:
  
   
• Once the Key name is added and the Create secret key tab is clicked, it will generate an API Key that can be then configured into Loree as shown in the image below:
  

• This is how the page will look like once the API Key is generated:
  
• Clicking on the Edit Key option will only allow users to change the name of the key but the original API key will not be displayed again as shown below:
  
• Admins can now use this generated API Secret Key to configure Magic Text editor in Loree. Refer - How to configure this latest addition via Admin portal?
