How do I share a template?

When creating a template, you have the option to designate it as a Global template right from the start.

Provide your template with a name, select a category of your choice, and save your template as  'Global' for future utilization.

Additionally, by selecting the three-dot (ellipsis) menu on My Templates, you can share the template on a global scale or specifically with chosen departments, as shown below:

Steps to share templates
  1. Click the three dots next to the template title.
  2. Select the Share option to share the template.
  3. The "Share My Template" modal will appear.
  4. Templates can be shared with current sub-accounts.
  5. Select the sub-account you want to share the template with.
  6. After making your selection, click the Share button.

Furthermore, admins possess the ability to globally distribute templates and share them with various departments through the Admin Dashboard.
