How do I share a template?
When creating a template, you have the option to designate it as a Global template right from the start.
Provide your template with a name, select a category of your choice, and save your template as 'Global' for future utilization.
Additionally, by selecting the three-dot (ellipsis) menu on My
Templates, you can share the template on a global scale or specifically
with chosen departments, as shown below:
Furthermore, admins possess the ability to globally
distribute templates and share them with various departments through the
Admin Dashboard.
Thank You!
