The Custom Row feature allows you to save and reuse a row instead of creating a new one from scratch. This helps streamline your workflow by making it easy to save, access, and reuse rows whenever needed.
Note: This feature is available only if enabled by an administrator through the admin portal.
Creating new Custom Rows
Creating a Custom Row from Scratch
Follow these steps to create and save a custom row:
1. Create a New Row
Open the Loree Editor and create a new page.
Click the "+ Add Row" button at the center of the page to begin.
2. Choose a Row Style
On the left navigation panel, select your preferred Row Style below the Loree icon.
3. Add Content to the Row
Click on Text / Image / Video / Audio / Document / Loree Interactive from the left panel.
Add the desired elements inside your row.
4. Save New custom row
After creating the desired row, click on the row to open the Selected Module pop-up.
Then, click the Save Row icon, and then "Save as Custom Element "modal will pop up.
Enter a custom row name in the designated field.
5. Selecting or Creating a Category
Select a category from the dropdown menu.
To create a new category, click "Add New Category" and enter a name.
6. Select a Saving Option
Use the radio buttons to choose:
My Row—Saves as Private, accessible only to you.
Global Row—Saves as Global, visible to everyone in the organization.
The "Save As" option is managed by the admin. If only the private option is enabled, the "Save As" option will not appear, and templates will be saved directly in the private category.
7. Save the Custom Row
Once all fields are completed, the Save button will turn blue.
Click Save button to store your custom row.
A toast message, "Custom Row saved successfully," will appear in the top-right corner.
8. Cancel or Exit:
To cancel the process, click the Cancel button.
To exit the modal, click the cross symbol in the top-right corner.
Create a Custom Row from existing content
In the middle of the content page [between two rows], to add a custom row, click on the "+" button in the center at the end of the content.
At the bottom of the content also, you can add a custom row by clicking the "+" Custom Row option, which will be visible.
Reuse Custom Row
By clicking the custom row will direct to the custom row modal.

The global icon to view all globally shared rows visible to all users across the organization.
The person icon to view rows created and stored privately by you.
The Share icon to view rows shared with current sub-accounts and nested sub-accounts.
Multi-Selection Toggle: Use the toggle button to select multiple custom rows.
Category Filter: Use the dropdown to filter rows by category.
Search Bar: Locate a row quickly by entering its title.
Filter: Use this filter to sort the custom rows in ascending or descending order. By default, the custom rows are sorted in the recent order.
Preview and Insert Rows
Select a row from the available options.
Once the row is clicked, the user can view its content through the preview option, which will appear on the right side of the page.
After selecting the row, the Insert Row button will turn blue.
Click Insert Row to place the selected row on your page.
To cancel the action, click the Cancel button.
To exit the preview, click the cross icon in the top-right corner.
The preview style depends on the current sub-account's Loree theme.
A blue border will appear around the selected row, making it easily identifiable.
Editing , Deleting and sharing Rows
Edit a Custom Row:
Click the three dots next to the custom row title and select Edit.
The "Edit My Row" modal will open. Click the Save & Edit button to continue editing.
To cancel the process, click the Cancel button.
After clicking Save & Edit, a success toast message will appear confirming the update.
Once changes are made, click on the row to open the Selected Module pop-up.
Click the Save Row icon to save the edited version of the row.
After saving, the editor will redirect you to the Loree Landing Page.
Delete a Custom Row:
Click the three dots next to the custom row title.
Select Delete.
A confirmation modal will appear.
Click Delete to remove the custom row permanently.
Click Cancel to return to the custom row page.
Sharing a Custom Row:
Click the three dots next to the custom row title.
Select the Share option to share the custom row.
The "Share My Row" modal will appear.
Custom Row can be shared with current sub-accounts and nested sub-accounts.
Select the sub-account you want to share the Custom Row with.
After making your selection, click the Share button.
